Modular Welding Software
WeldEye® Management is our most popular software package, and we find it is sufficient for the majority of our clients. It consists of 6 modules and below is a summary of its capabilities. WeldEye Management
1. Welding Procedures: a complete documentation system for your welding procedure information. An extremely efficient module with intelligent drop-down menus that also offers multiple language settings, access control on data sharing among other things.
2. Inspections: Our WeldEye inspection report module offers time saving features such as auto-filled headings and a number of standard reports such as ultrasonic testing, pressure testing and positive material identification.
3. Personnel and Qualifications: This module is designed to meet requirements from any third-party certifying body, with automated features for certificates, personnel data etc.
4. Fabrication Management: Create your weld lists according to your requirements with instant access to weld data. Get full overview of your projects with time saving functions such as copy/paste, import/export and custom build your documentation package according to your customers’ specifications.
5. Project Administration: This module lets you define the content and scope of your welding project. Set your inspection matrix, personnel allocation, user access and rights, materials and weld lists among others.
6. Document Register: Add or reference documents and hyperlink for immediate access, ready to use for your final documentation package.

7. Quality Control: An opportunity to collect welding parameter data in real time. This module provides traceability down to workstation level and data is sent direct through the WeldEye app using wireless bluetooth technology. This module is only available on cloud installations.
WeldEye® Enterprise and Enterprise Custom packages gives you the added options of local installation of the software with multisite functions. For those with additional requirements we can offer a customised local installation.
